Residents in Burnham-On-Sea can have their Christmas tree collected and recycled while raising money for a good cause.
Charity fundraiser Keith Mitchell is organising the tree recycling service in aid of Scope, a UK disability organisation whose focus is on people with cerebral palsy.
“We will collect your tree and recycle it for a small donation to charity,” Keith told Burnham-On-Sea.com. “I hope we can raise a good sum for Scope.”
Keith has raised over £1,100 pounds so for the charity. To book a collection, call 07792 344 638.
Burnham-On-Sea.com reported last year how Keith, from Winchester Road, had twice won a National Slimathon competition in recognition of his efforts in slimming from 33 stone to 15 stone. More details about Keith’s fundraising are here.
