Thirteen artists across Burnham-On-Sea will open up their galleries to the public later this weekend when they hold a three day Christmas arts trail.
The event, organised by Burnham’s Lighthouse Arts Group, will be held between November 27th and 29th, and will see sculptures, ceramics, paintings and greetings cards go on display.
The artists include Cora Stock and Catherine Metcalf, who will display scupltures, ceramics, etchings, paintings, prints and cards at 47 The Esplanade on Burnham seafront.
Embroidery, textiles, mixed media, paintings, bags and cards will be on show at Redlynch, 19 Rectory Road from Mary Stradling, Sharon Campbell, Carole Watson, Angela Uren, Anita Pegler and Anna Nicolaides.
And Margaret Micklewright and Sue and Clive Hammond-Lovatt will exhibit some of their paintings, sculptures and cards at 112 Berrow Road. Malcom Dormer will show paintings and cards during opening hours at The Berrow Inn in Berrow.
Well-known local artist Judith Champion will also be taking part and will hold an exhibition of paintings at The Old Piggery, Middle Burnham Farm in Stoddens Lane.
Opening times for the displays will be Friday 2-7pm and Saturday/Sunday 10am-4pm.
