Peter Dickson, the voice of ITV1’s The X-Factor, will be visiting a Brean holiday park this weekend when he joins up with a pop group to perform a summer hit.
Members of the public are welcome to visit Pontin’s Brean Sands on Sunday 25th July at around 9pm to see The Shakettes performing their new record, which they hope will become a smash hit.
Pontins spokeswoman Pamela Knight told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “The Shakettes will be performing their new record, ‘Shake It’, at Brean which will be hitting the charts this summer.
“Visitors will be able to learn the ‘Shake it’ dance, which could become this summer’s ‘Macarena’.”
Peter is best known for performing the voiceovers for the X-Factor but has worked on dozens of TV shows in recent years. The song ‘Shake it’ will be released into the pop charts on 16th August.
Members of the public not staying at Pontins will need to pay the day visitor rate of £5 per adult or £2.50 per child.
