Burnham police issue appeal after vandals attack five cars

-

Police are appealing for witnesses after five vehicles were vandalised earlier this week.

The yobs struck in Worston Lane during Boxing Day evening, damaging and removing wing mirrors from five parked cars.

Inspector Roger Tolley from Burnham Police confirmed to Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We were called to five incidents in Worston Lane on Boxing Day evening where wing mirrors were attacked.”

“We have spoken with residents and motorists, but are appealing for any witnesses to come forward. This kind of vandalism is incredibly annoying for the car owners and expensive to repair.”

Anyone with information should call 0845 456 7000 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
