Rain can’t stop play at Wizard School at Burnham’s Marine Cove!
Spirits may have been dampened, but heavy rain failed to stop play when a spellbinding event swept into Burnham-On-Sea’s Marine Cove on Tuesday (August 25th).
The seafront gardens hosted a Wizard School, which organisers vowed would go ahead despite the unseasonal deluge of wet weather.
The Friends of Marine Cove and Sedgemoor District Council’s Community Gardener organised the free summer holiday event, which saw a range of themed fun in the gardens.
“The Wizard School went ahead despite the weather – and featured a wide selection of fun magic and wizard-themed activities,” said organiser Jacqui Strong.
