A brand new set of photomontages has been unveiled this week showing how the controversial wind farm proposed for the outskirts of Burnham-On-Sea would appear if it gets the go-ahead by local planners.
Ecotricity, the company behind the scheme, has released these 14 photos to illustrate how the five wind turbines would appear from different angles around the area.

The release of the images comes after Burnham-On-Sea.com exclusively reported last week that Ecotrocity had submitted its planning application to Sedgemoor District Council.
Planners now have less than 16 weeks before they have to get back to Ecotricity with a decision on whether to give the hotly-debated scheme a green or red light.
The news comes after months of campaigning by the ‘kNOll to Wind Farm’ pressure group, which is against the scheme. A pro-wind group, FORCE, has backed Ecotricity’s proposals, saying they are in the best interests of the environment.
