A Burnham-On-Sea man who lost his wedding ring during Monday’s carnival has appealed for help in finding it.
John Lyons lost the ring in Burnham’s Love Lane while watching the dazzling display of floats going by.
“I managed to lose it while watching the carnival sitting in front of the railings near the Rosewood Pub,” he said.
“It is a gold signet type ring with a black onyx centre, which I have had for 44 years. So if you hear of anybody finding it please get in contact.”
