Cider lovers in the Burnham-On-Sea area will be able to wish good health on apple crops for the coming year during two wassailing events in January.
The centuries-old tradition of wassailing will take place at Brent Knoll’s West Croft Cider Farm on Saturday January 17th at 7pm.
The event will feature belly dancers, The Mummers, Challice Morris Men, The Fallen Apples plus singer Nathaniel Topping and guest.
Entry is by ticket only. Tickets are priced at £10 each (children under 14 free) and are available by calling West Croft on 01278 760762. Tickets include a glass of mulled cider plus free sample of West Croft ciders.
Entry is by ticket only and numbers are limited, so book early. There will be a pig roast plus refreshments available on the night. Tickets are also available at Brent Knoll Village Shop. All profits got to Brent Knoll Parish Hall.
