A Burnham-On-Sea photographer has captured this wonderful video of two fawns bounding across the fields near to Brent Knoll this week.
The footage shows the deer leaping across the fields, near to Stoddens Lane, heading towards hedges.
“It was a wonderful sight seeing them bouncing across the fields in the early evening sunlight – they were completely unaware of me being there,” says the local photographer, who asked not to be named.
“It was only when I zoomed in that they heard my camera and stopped, looked over at me, and then headed off towards the hedges.”
“They are a common sight in the fields around Brent Knoll but it’s rare to capture them on camera like this.”
