Burnham-On-Sea.com has launched a brand new video news section that shows video footage of events in the town.
The new service, accessed here, allows users to watch video clips of newsworthy events in the Burnham area soon after they have occurred.
Among the section’s first content is footage of the dramatic rescue of two horses from mud at Brean on Friday August 11th, the start and finish of the recent Stert Island Swim, and coverage of a firewalk at Secret World Wildlife Centre.
Like the rest of Burnham-On-Sea.com, the video clips are available completely free of charge.
Viewers only need the free Flash plug-in installed on their PC, which is usually pre-installed as standard on most modern computers. The video footage is best viewed with a fast broadband Internet connection.
Suggestions for Burnham video content and news items are always welcomed and contributors can get in touch via Burnham-On-Sea.com’s contact form.
Burnham-On-Sea.com is South West Website of the Year, having won the award at the recent 2006 South West Media Awards.
