Police probe wave of vandalism attacks against property in Highbridge

-

Police are this week investigating a spate of vandalism attacks against properties in the centre of Highbridge.

Two firms and a house in Market Street were attacked, with windows being smashed – leaving the owners with repair bills running into hundreds of pounds.

All three incidents occurred within minutes of each other during the early hours of Sunday (November 11th).

Small Business Accounting Services, pictured above, had a large shopfront window smashed.

Owner Dave Smith told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “Nothing was taken – it seems to have been another case of someone mindlessly kicking in a window.”

In the second attack, the window of a nearby vacant shop was targeted, as pictured, and a pane of glass was cracked in a third incident at a private home.
