Free family treasure hunt to be held around Highbridge’s Apex Park

-

The Friends of Apex Park are inviting families to Highbridge’s Apex Park to take part in a free children’s Treasure Hunt during the school holidays.

The Treasure Hunt will take place on Wednesday 22nd August between 11am and 1pm at Apex Leisure and Wildlife Park in Marine Drive.

“Families need to allow approximately one hour to complete the course, which will have fifteen questions at different locations placed around the park,” says spokeswoman Claire Faun.

“There will be a small reward for each child who completes the treasure hunt.”

“Just call into the office within the Apex Park Car Park anytime between 11am and 1pm to collect maps and question sheets.”

The Treasure Hunt is suitable for children aged 3+ who must be supervised at all times.

Come with wearing suitable footwear, sun hats, sun cream and bring water if the weather continues to stay warm.

For further enquiries you can contact the Friends of Apex Park’s Secretary, Marina Turner, at marina.turner@sedgemoor.gov.uk or call 01278 435 512.
