A boat was left blocking a main road in the centre of Burnham-On-Sea on Sunday evening (December 23rd) after coming off a trailer.
An eyewitness told Burnham-On-Sea.com the incident happened at around 5pm when a 4×4 towing the boat stopped at the Pier Street traffic lights by the Morrisons supermarket.
The boat appeared to rock and then when the 4×4 pulled away the boat fell off the back of the trailer.
The junction was temporarily blocked until the boat was hoisted back onto its trailer.
