A teenage explorer who is on the trail of Britain’s Bigfoot is set to hold a special event in Highbridge this Saturday (November 18th).
Daniel Barnett, 14, who is autistic, recently started a podcast where he interviews famous scientists from across the globe in his search for the mythical creature.
He is organising a ‘Little Feet’ convention at the YMCA Purple Spoon cafe in Highbridge from 10am until 2pm on Saturday when speakers from across Europe will be gathering.
Father Craig Barnett says: “He’s organised it all on his own, with guest speakers from all over Europe, book signings, fun activities for children and he will be raising money for the World Wildlife Fund.”
“His aim is to encourage everyone to get out side and enjoy nature.”
Some people are flying in from Portugal to attend.
