A tai chi club from Burnham-On-Sea will this weekend be performing for charity at an event in Brent Knoll.
Bubbling Springs, which is based in Burnham, will be hosting demonstrations at Sanders Garden World in Brent Knoll this Saturday (February 26th) in aid of Go Commando.
Cheryl Mountford, Founder of Bubbling Springs, said: “We were supposed to be performing as part of a martial arts gala being held at the centre. Unfortunately this was cancelled by the organisers, but we had so many friends and families attending to see us perform that we’ve decided to go ahead with the demonstrations anyway.”
“People are welcome to come along and watch from 11am. There will be no charge for the event.”
During the event, there will be collection buckets around the venue for people to donate to the charity Go Commando, a Taunton-based charity that provides support for marines and their families. Burnham’s Wrinkly Rappers are also due to perform at the event.
