“Teams that participate will retain 45% of their total money raised for their own cause while the remainder will go to the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance and Rotary charities,” organiser Jim Tancock told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
Teams of up to eight people are needed to swim in relay for up to 50 minutes depending on their ability.
“This is your chance to get your school, club, organisation, business or just your family involved. The pool is divided into six lanes and six teams can swim at the same time – it’s a lot of fun and is not a race,” added Jim.
