£650 raised for air ambulance by fundraisers across Burnham area
A cheque for £650 has been presented to Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance following a fundraising head shave and classic car show in Brean.
Members of Bridgwater Classic & Vintage Club, plus the Blueridge Runners American Auto Club, and the owners of Brean’s Sundowner cafe handed over the bumper cheque at the weekend.
Rob Coombes, Vice Chairman of BCVC, said the money was raised throughout the year by holiding various events, including a Classic & American Car Show.
A further £53 was also raised for the charity from a total head shave by Vic Perrin, co-owner of the cafe, pictured.
