Mean thieves have stolen a musical instrument worth hundreds of pounds from a charity shop’s window in Burnham-On-Sea.
The £300 saxophone was stolen in a daylight robbery from the Sue Ryder charity shop in the High Street on Thursday morning (January 24th).
Assistant Manager Helen Brodie told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “It is very disappointing and upsetting that someone would target any charity shop.”
“If any member of the public is offered a saxophone or sees a saxophone for sale and they think it may be ours please contact the police.”
Police have appealed for witnesses to contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
Helen added that the shop is currently in need of donations of clothes, toys and household items.
