Police found the body of a man was found at a seafront flat in Burnham-On-Sea on Monday (July 2nd).
Several police vehicles and officers wearing forensic suits were seen on The Esplanade on Monday afternoon, as pictured here.
A Police spokeswoman told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “Police were called to a ‘concern for welfare’ at a flat on The Esplanade in Burnham-On-Sea at about 1.30pm on Monday 2nd July. Sadly, officers found the body of a man.”
“The death is not being treated as suspicious and officers are making enquiries on behalf of the coroner.”
Police confirmed that the coroner has been informed.
