The team behind plans to hold a big street party in Highbridge to mark this spring’s royal wedding are to hold their first fundraising event later this month.
Highbridge Residents’ Association is organising the party in the town in April to celebrate the marriage of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
A table top sale is to be held at Highbridge Community Centre on Tuesday 22nd February from 10am-12 noon. Tables for the event will be charged at £5.00 when booked in advance. A free dance class for under 8s will also be held at the same time.
“Any donations will be gratefully accepted and publicly acknowledged. Thank you for everyone’s help so far,” Tina Gray, Highbridge Residents’ Associations Vice Chairman, told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
