A busy Burnham-On-Sea road is set to close for more than two weeks for roadworks during September.
Stoddens Lane will be closed to all traffic for 19 days from September 10th onwards.
Somerset County Council’s highways team has issued a temporary closure notice for the road.
“The road will be closed from 10th September 2018 and is expected to last for 19 days to enable earthworks to be carried out in this road,” says a spokesperson.
“The closure will include weekends. Every effort will be made to keep the duration of this closure to a minimum to reduce any further disruption.”
