Year 6 pupils from Burnham-On-Sea’s St Andrew’s School ended their primary school years by performing two memorable nights of drama.
Parents and friends of the pupils filled the school’s hall to watch the youngsters perform a modern musical version of Romeo and Juliet.
“Combining the traditional Shakespeare version with songs by Rhianna, REM, The Wanted and Shakespeare’s Sister to name but a few, this was an amazing show,” Gavin Morris, Deputy Headteacher at St Andrews, told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
“Fred Tiso was sensational as Romeo whilst Melissa Fear wowed the audiences with her acting and singing talents – a real star in the making.”
