Burnham-On-Sea’s St Andrew’s Church will be holding its annual All Souls Service this weekend when residents are encouraged to recall the life and memories of loved ones who have passed away.
The special service will be held on Sunday 30th October, starting at 4pm and lasting about 40 minutes.
Reverend Graham Witts told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We have held this service for a number of years now and it is very popular – and helpful for those who come along.”
“It is a time of reflection, prayers, music and an opportunity to light a candle in memory of a loved one – however long ago that they passed away.”
“This is an occasion for individuals and for families in our town and is open to all of any religious persuasion or none.”
