A community group that helps families in the Burnham-On-Sea area who have children with special needs celebrated its second anniversary with a special event at the weekend.
Somerset Time For Youth, which is a not-for-profit voluntary organisation, held a successful fundraising event at Burnham’s Baptist Church on Saturday (April 23rd).
The event included children’s entertainment, a photo exhibition, craft stalls and refreshments plus more.
“We had a great day, with a steady flow of visitors through the afternoon. Our thanks go to everyone who supported us,” said a spokeswoman.
Somerset Time For Youth runs sessions every other Saturday morning, from 10.30am – 1pm at the Balliol Hall in West Huntspill for families with children with special needs.
