Proposals for a new solar energy park in Watchfield, near Highbridge, which could power up to 1,900 homes are set to go on display next week.
Hadstone Energy wants to build the park on farm land next to Pillmore Lane, east of the M5 motorway.
It will be displaying the plans at Watchfield Village Hall on April 22nd between 2pm and 7pm when residents will be able to see the scheme.
A spokesman for Hadstone Energy said the Pillmore Lane facilies are expected to cover 62 acres and generate around 9MW of electricity.
