Parents from across the Burnham-On-Sea area are being invited to an Information Evening at Highbridge’s King Alfred School to learn more about social media and keeping children safe.
The event will be held on Tuesday 10th May from 6pm–8pm with Tony Alderman of Avon & Somerset Police Youth Strategy Team.
The event will provide up-to-date advice, hints and tips on keeping your child safe, practical strategies for parents of teenagers, information on further help and support plus more.
“Tony will be giving a presentation on Internet Safety and lots, lots more. After the presentation for those that can stay longer there will be the opportunity to talk to the police and other professionals,” said a spokeswoman.
