Sky Sports presenters Kelvin Tatum and Nigel Pearson were welcomed back to Highbridge’s Oaktree Arena on Tuesday (February 7th) for a night of speedway entertainment.
The Sky Sports duo returned to the home of the Somerset Rebels for a third year with their stage tour where they discussed all aspects of the sport and recounted amusing anecdotes just a month before the new speedway season starts.
The Cases Rebels secured the Premier League title last year and are set to compete in the Premiership this season – and that means the Sky Sports cameras will be back several times at The Oaktree, promoting the Burnham area.
Somerset Rebels promoter Debbie Hancock told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “It was great to see Kelvin and Nigel back at the Oaktre – they are all always great fun and entertaining.”
She added: “We have high hopes for another good season this year but we know it’s going to be tough in the Premiership. We also look foward to welcoming back the Sky Sports cameras several times this year – it’s going to be a big year.”
