Sky Sports cameras set to return to Highbridge’s Oaktrea Arena

-

The Sky Sports cameras will be returning to Highbridge’s Oak Tree Arena next month for what will be a third successive season that they have broadcast a live meeting from the home of the Somerset Rebels.

The meeting will be held on Tuesday 31st May with Sheffield being the opposition.

“It’s a tremendous honour to be chosen for another Sky meeting,” said Rebels promoter Debbie Hancock.

“Both of the previous two meetings that have been broadcast live from the Oak Tree Arena have been crackers, real edge of the seat stuff, and I am sure that this match against Sheffield will be another terrific meeting with which to showcase the Premier League.”

As a consequence, Somerset’s home fixture against Newport that was originally set for Friday 3rd June will now be re-arranged to a new date as district council restrictions do not allow the Rebels to run two meetings in the same week.
