Sky has issued a fresh apology to customers in Burnham-On-Sea and Highbridge after ongoing interrupted broadband and phone services.
Customers have suffered intemittent problems with internet and phone services for almost two weeks.
The company has started paying compensation to some customers following the problems.
Sky says a fault at the local exchange is affecting customers being able to get online or make and receive phone calls.
Burnham-On-Sea.com spoke to the Sky’s media team this week, who confirmed they are working on resolving the issues.
A Sky spokeswoman added: “We’re really sorry to those customers in Burnham-On Sea who are currently experiencing issues with their broadband and talk services. This is due to a fault at the exchange which our engineers are working to fix and hope to have a resolution as soon as possible. We’re sorry for the continued inconvenience caused.”
She added: “If customers would like to discuss this outage, we encourage them to call our contact centre on 03442 411 653.”
