Sky has issued an apology to customers after two days of interrupted broadband and phone services in Burnham-On-Sea and Highbridge this week.
Customers in the two towns suffered no Internet or phone service for over five hours on Thursday and there were further intermittent problems on Friday.
Burnham-On-Sea.com spoke to the Sky’s media team on Friday who confirmed they were working on resolving the issues.
A Sky spokeswoman added: “We’re really sorry to customers in the Burnham-on-Sea area who are currently experiencing issues with their broadband and talk services.”
“We are working to fix the issue as quickly as possible and we apologise for the inconvenience this is causing.”
The issue affected broadband, fibre and talk services.
