A new wine and cocktail bar has opened in Burnham-On-Sea’s town centre this week.
Sinatra’s opened in College Street on Thursday (May 3rd) with a menu of cheese boards and fish dishes in a relaxed, modern environment.
Shaun and Carla McCann, who run Burnham’s Victoria Hotel, have taken over the premises and say they have big plans for it.
“Sinatra’s provides a unique place for quality relaxation with great food, drink and music – it will be unlike anything else in Burnham,” Shaun told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
“We’re offering a range of quality food, from cheeseboards and fish medleys to mixed meat platters, ploughmans and fajitas with superb wines, cocktails and spirits.”
“It will be accompanied by wonderfully relaxing music such as blues, jazz and swing – hence the name – and there are deliberately not going to be any juke boxes or noisy TVs here.”
The new restaurant replaces The Lounge which recently closed down, as we reported here, and The Mitre which shut last year.
