Model rail enthusiasts flock to Burnham for annual exhibition

-

Crowds of model train enthusiasts from across the UK gathered in Burnham-On-Sea over the Bank Holiday weekend for a popular two-day exhibition.

The annual Sedgemoor Rail event, run by Burnham and District Model Railway Club, was held on August 27th and 28th at King Alfred School.

“It was a superb weekend – we had a good turnout of visitors and a wide range of exhibitors,” the club’s Exhibition Manager Chris Vickery told Burnham-On-Sea.com.

“The displays included many layouts in various gauges, plus trade stands, displays and demonstrations plus a collection of local wagons by the Burnham club.”
