Home owners in Berrow have been urged to extra vigilant after a house was burgled last weekend.
The home in Barton Road, Berrow was targeted last Saturday.
“Jewellery, watches and various household items of great family importance taken which would never be able to be replaced,” a member of the family has told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
“We think it was a local person as they were on foot and tried to return the following night.”
“Any local secondhand jewellers or cash generator type companies please keep an eye out.”
“Police have obviously been informed but any help would be greatly appreciated.”
