Guests at a Christmas Preview Night taking place at Sanders Garden World, near Burnham-On-Sea, later this month will have a chance to listen to carols sung by an operatic tenor while they shop.
The centre is holding its annual festive preview night on Thursday October 19th and this year has invited talented singer Tim Pitman (pictured) to get visitors into the Christmas mood.
Peter Burks, Sanders Garden World Managing Director, said: “Tim recently hosted a show in our Village Square area and he was such a hit with customers we decided to ask him back to perform at our special Christmas Preview Night.”
“We hold the event every year to give our special customers a sneak-preview of the festive items we will be selling, a 10% discount on all goods and give them a head-start on their Christmas shopping. The event is invitation only but customers who wish to attend can ask at reception to see if there are any left.”
As well as singing carols, 36-year-old Tim will be performing a wide variety of songs during the concert ranging from classic pop songs from the 1950s and 1960s through to classical Arias made famous by world-renowned tenors.
