Brent Knoll’s RSPCA animal centre is to hold a fun day and fete with a range of animal-themed activities today (Sunday, September 20th).
The event will be held from 12-4pm at the centre in Brent Road, Brent Knoll.
“There will be an ‘animal encounters’ area where visitors can learn about a range of rescue animals and meet guests from llamas and owls to ponies,” said an RSPCA spokesman.
“Along with displays, there will be lots of fun attractions for everyone with refreshments, stalls and games plus facepainting and children’s activities.”
Entry will cost £1 for adults and 50p for children, with all proceeds going to the RSPCA animal centre.
People are advised to leave dogs at home so not to frighten the resident animals.
