Crowds of people headed to Brent Knoll’s RSPCA animal centre on Sunday (September 17th) when it held its annual Fun Day.
The popular event was held at the Brent Road centre over the course of four hours with a range of activities and displays set up.
There were ‘animal encounters’, where visitors could learn about a range of rescue animals including cats, dogs and rabbits plus guests llamas and owls.
There were also stalls, arena displays, refreshments and games plus a bouncy castle and slide, crazy golf, and tombolas.
Rita Hinton, the branch’s secretary, told Burnham-On-Sea.com the event had been a “great success,” raising a good sum towards the centre’s costs and she thanked everyone who had come along to support the RSPCA’s work.
