Burnham-On-Sea Round Table has issued an open invitation to local people to join its group.
The group, which meets fortnightly, is keen to hear from men aged between 18 and 41 who would like to become members.
“As a group we regularly go out on activities such as ice karting, jet skiing and clay pigeon shooting. It’s certainly not just about fundraising,” explained Chairman Steve Bird.
“It’s all about fellowship – having a laugh and a drink with local people who you might not usually mix with.”
“As a Table member you become part of an international organisation and get invited along to all kinds of meetings and can join in with other groups outside of the Burnham area too.”
