The President of Burnham-On-Sea Rotary Club hosted a very successful President’s Evening in Brean on Friday (13th April).
The club’s President, David Underwood, and his wife Margaret, organised the event at The Tavern at Brean Leisure Park.
Guests included Burnham-On-Sea and Highbridge’s Mayor and Mayoress, Bill and Frances Hancock.
Rotary District 1200 Governor Stewart Cursley and his wife June; Rev Graham and Mary Witts; Burnham and Highbridge 41 Club Chairman Richard Marsh and Jane Purdue; plus Rotary District 1200 Assistant Governor Wendy Simmons were also present.
The event was attended by 98 Rotarians and guests who enjoyed a formal dinner, followed by dancing to The Fred Bloggs Band.
