Burnham-On-Sea Rotary Club appointed its new president for the coming year on Thursday evening (June 30th).
The club’s members elected Ian Breed, who takes over from outgoing president Frank Clegg.
Ian, who lives in Brent Knoll, is an active fundraiser within the community and just last Sunday held a fundraising cream with his wife in aid of Children’s Hospice South West.
At a hand-ceremony held at the Burnham and Berrow Golf Club, Frank thanked members for their support over the past year and said he had greatly enjoyed his busy year in the role.
