Visitors to Sanders Garden World in Brent Knoll will this month be able to receive free advice about roses during a special event dedicated to the nation’s favourite flower.
The garden centre in Brent Knoll is holding a Rose Festival from July 2nd until 17th including a customer competition to name a new rose.
Peter Burks, General Manager of Sanders Garden World, explained: “We wanted to hold a fortnight dedicated to roses to give people interested in them the chance to find out more.”
During the two weeks, there will be free advice on caring for the plants and a range of rose varieties on display.
Peter added: “There will be plenty for visitors to see. Our supplier John Woods Nurseries is also running a name the rose competition for customers.”
