Roads around a busy Highbridge roundabout are to close for four nights to allow resurfacing work to be carried out.
Part of Burnham Road and Pepperall Road will be closed each evening from 6.30pm-11.30pm between Monday March 31st to Thursday April 3rd.
Somerset Council says it will be carrying out resurfacing, road repairs and maintenance
A spokesperson says: “Burnham Road will be closed from the junction with Morland Road, north-westwards for a distance of 93 metres. Pepperall Road will be closed, from the junction with Burnham Road, northwards for a distance of 168 metres.”
“This order will enable Heidelberg to carry out resurfacing works on behalf of Somerset Highways.”
“If you live or have a business in the immediate area of works we will ensure access is maintained. We do our utmost to minimise disruption where possible.”
