Burnham-On-Sea lifeboat station to hold annual meeting tonight

Burnham-On-Sea lifeboat station will be holding its Annual Open Meeting at the town’s Sailing Club this evening (Friday, 25th March).

The evening will include a short talk by Adrian Carey, RNLI Inspector, who will discuss latest initiatives in the charity and plans for the immediate future.

Also invited as guest speaker will be a member of the RAF Chivenor helicopter rescue team.

Interested members of the public will be able to ask questions and hear about the past year’s lifeboat operations from Burnham-On-Sea Lifeboat Operations Manager Ricky Holmes, and how the fundraising branch and supporters have been working together. The meeting will be held at 7.00pm for a 7.30pm start.
