Hundreds of people attended a special gig by a Burnham-On-Sea band on Friday night (May 31st) as it celebrated a decade of performing together.
The Riverbrew held the concert outside The Dunstan House in Love Lane – exactly ten years to the day since they first picked up their instruments.
Band member Greg Willis told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “Burnham has always been a good supporter of us and we were delighted to see such a great crowd to celebrate our first ten years.”
Rob Jones put the band together because his girlfriend at the time wanted to be a singer in a band and since then the group has become a highly sought-after wedding and party band, performing 300 times over the last ten years.
Friday’s concert raised money for the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance.
