Burnham-On-Sea’s Ritz Social Club has appointed Paul Hale as its General Manager.
The club’s management committee has announced the appointment this week as part of a variety of future plans for the facilities in Victoria Street.
A spokesman told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “The role will initially be on a 12-month, performance-related contract with a specific job description reporting directly to the committee.”
“The role will involve management of all staff members, overseeing and working the bar areas, assisting in the office by installing systems to streamline the business and introducing a food offering to members and others using the club facilities.”
“Paul has been Chairman at the club and has made a great contribution to the club already, but this new role will take the club to the next level for the benefit of the club’s members and visitors.”
