Burnham-On-Sea’s Ritz Social Club has a modern new look following the completion of a £9,000 refurbishment of its main bar area.
The popular club in Burnham’s Victoria Street – which has 900 members – has completely revamped its bar as part of an ongoing programme of improvements.
The furniture has also been re-upholstered in a modern style, new flooring has been installed, and an additional meeting room has been created for smaller groups to gather.
Paul Hale, General Manager at The Ritz, told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We are really pleased with the end result, the bar area was beginning to look tired.”
“Being a well used area of the club we made the decision to invest in this area to make it more inviting.”
“There are still plans ahead for the coming year within the toilets and function suite and we have just added Sky sports in addition to BT Sports to our TV package.”
