A motorist was injured when his car left the road and ended up in a water-filled ditch yesterday evening (Wednesday).
Emergency services were called to Red Road in Berrow shortly after 7.40pm.
Firefighters from Burnham helped the ambulance crew put the casualty onto a spinal board and into a waiting ambulance. The injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.
Red Road was closed for almost two hours while emergency crews and a recovery vehicle were on scene, as pictured.
