The colourful Burnham-On-Sea Rainbow Run is set to return to the town’s beach today (Sunday).
Burnham-On-Sea RNLI is bringing back the event after its debut last summer and several hundred people are due to take part from 2pm.
This year, the RNLI says it hopes to make the event even bigger – and messier – with even more paint!
Every entrant will get a T-shirt, a medal and their own bag of paint for the start line included in their entrance fee.
Organiser Lesley Hart says: “It’s a great event, getting the local community together and having a bit of fun whilst raising money for their own local lifeboat station.”
