A Burnham-On-Sea pub landlord is calling time for the final time this week after almost five years in the job.
Danny Pearce, pictured, is leaving the Railway Inn in Burnham High Street for personal reasons.
On Sunday night (September 4th) he held a farewell party attended by dozens of customers and friends.
“I am disappointed to be leaving, but want to thank everyone who has used the pub and made it what it is,” he told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
The pub is scheduled to be closed for several weeks during September while its owners, Greene King, carry out an internal refurbishment in readiness for new tenants arriving.
