Highbridge’s King Alfred School Association is preparing to hold a Quiz Night later this month when all will be welcome.
The fundraiser will be held on Friday 26th January from 7.30pm in the school’s cafeteria.
Organiser Mike Barsby said: “The quiz is suitable for everyone, so whether you’re an experienced ‘pub quizzer’ or just fancy having a go, get a team together and come along for a fun evening. Soft drinks and snacks will be on offer but participants should bring their own wine and beer if they wish.”
Admission will be £1 for adults and 50p for under 16s, with winners enjoying wine and chocolates.
This is just one of the many events held throughout the year by the School Association.
