Two people have been arrested after a high-speed police pursuit along the M5 motorway from Bristol to Burnham-On-Sea this week.
The police helicopter was called in to help officers follow a motorbike being ridden at high-speed along the motorway from Bristol to Burnham-On-Sea during the early hours of Wednesday morning (October 5th).
A police spokeswoman told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We were involved in a pursuit following a fail-to-stop incident in Shirehampton, Bristol at 3.20am.”
“The helicopter was scrambled to assist in the search for the bike, which travelled along the M5 southbound to Burnham-On-Sea.”
“Two people were detained by police and our enquiries into the incident are ongoing.”
